First game of the season and 4 young players stepping up for their first Men’s league game. Well done Owen Greevy, Gabrial Rickard, Rory Copland and Ollie Norrington. With a new keeper Paul Dunne in goal and a defensive trio / four for short corners the backline of Peter Wreford / Mark Hiles / Tom Norrington and Captain Chris Seeley defended about 20 shorts conceding only 1 goal. The defence was assissted by Mike Innes playing a striker / last man role admirably. Our now second season veterans Joe Dunne and Jack Pond did stirling work on the right and left of midfield.
