Hampton is a friendly hockey club, with more than 250 members, based at the sports ground in Hampton-in-Arden village, just 15 minutes from Coventry, 15 minutes from Solihull and 10 minutes from Balsall Common, Meriden and Coleshill (see Find us).
We run 5 senior men’s teams, 4 senior ladies’ teams and a badgers’ side (adults and juniors), as well as teams for vets and mixed hockey. There is hockey for players of all abilities.
We’re extremely proud of our ever-improving junior section where we offer coaching and games for girls and boys from around 7 or 8 years of age up to U17.
We are a ClubsFirst accredited club, which is recognition by our sporting body England Hockey of the quality coaching and player support we provide.
During the season, the senior ladies players train on a Wednesday evening with the men training on a Tuesday. There are also training sessions for our junior members on Sunday mornings.
Membership Terms
All members are expected to have read, accepted and comply with the club Code of Conduct which is located at this link Code of Conduct
We do not require a paper membership form. All member details, including pertinent medical and emergency contact information are held securely in the ClubBuzz system for which every member will have login details. Member information is accessible only by the individual member and committee members.
Out kit supplier is Akuma. Members are expected to play in Akuma club shirts for home and away games. For ordering of kit please select the link Hampton Kit
Starting this 2023/24 Season all junior 7 – 18 memberships of the hockey section include access to the other Sports Club facilities including Tennis, Squash, Racket Ball, Cricket and Boules
