It’s with great sadness that we have to let you know that Andy Woolford (“Woolly”) passed away last night peacefully after a battle with leukaemia. Woolly leaves behind Vicky and their son two year old James, as well as Woolly’s elder daughter Sophie.
It’s hard to express in a short statement the significant contribution Woolly has made to Hampton Sports Club and beyond and the positive influence he has had on so many of us over many years earning him the name “Andy Hampton.” We expect to have the opportunity to celebrate his life over the coming weeks.
We’ll communicate further details of the funeral arrangements once they are known.
