Well done to our U10 girls who were runners up in the England Hockey In2Hockey county championships this weekend.
The U10 girls’ tournament was hosted at Hampton and saw 8 teams entering from around the county. Hampton met Edgbaston in the final, with Hampton having beaten Stratford, Old Sils & Rugby and overcoming Leamington in the semis.
Edgbaston came out on top thanks to a strong performance, and were indeed unbeaten all morning. Both Hampton and Edgbaston will go on to represent Warwickshire in the Midlands club tournament in a few weeks’ time.
This weekend we host the U12 girls county tournament, with a 10am start. This means junior training will not be on.
