This always looked difficult on paper and it was! Uni scored first and then again but then we got to grips with our shape and how to play. We started creating chances to match up to them and scored from a short, well taken by JD. Going into half time 2-1 down was a good showing. We continued to create but could not convert while they we creating a hatful of chances. Great keeping rom Euan Watts kept them at bay for some time, eventually though we ran out of legs (11v13 with three 60 plus and two 13 year olds in our team) and they scored 3 decent goals from breaks.
Despite the result this was a considerable effort by the mighty 5s and we were all out on our feet by the end of the game.
