A tough day at the office for the 5s on Saturday. Fielding 11 with a new goal keeper in, just 13 and a week, Euan Watts playing his first mens game. Things started well enough with me scoring in my converted striker role; a great pass from Owen Morgans opened them up. One nil at half time and they switched up scoring to take it to 3-1, we were constantly creating chances and shorts but could not convert. I finally scored a second but then they scored again. We had great work in central midfield from MOTM Nigel Pond with Ollie Norrington working hard on our right and Craig driving from the second line. We were a bit (lot) disapointed. For fans of Hair Bear, no progress this week but, there is always next Saturday!
