A hard game for the team against a well drilled and organised Khalsa team. With our team drawing heavily on our 5s we lacked the fluidity and age profile that Khalsa were able to bring, but there were many positives to take forward. After a shakey first half and 2-0 down the team were able to play much better in the second half and the game was more even, we created chances and had a couple of shorts and possession was probably 60/40 but we were vunerable to break aways and they were able to find a way through to take the final score to 4-0. Man of the Match Alex Jarrett worked tirelessly and deserved his award. The team worked hard and particulary well together in the second half, as we progress there will be better days.
