The last pre-season friendly before the league next week. A mix of Ladies 1’s and 2’s took on a strong Warwick University (1’s/2’s) side.
Warwick Uni dominated the first quarter of the game with their quick passing and physical speed. Hampton got into their stride over the next three quarters and evened out the match; Hannah Richards scoring the only goal of the game in the third quarter with the opposition deflecting her shot into their own goal.
It was a strong performance from all involved, and as ever, lots of things to celebrate and a number of things to work on.
